Can't decide between a open or closed trailer. What the pro and cons of each?

Closed is good for keeping your equipment secured at night. Open has to be stored at night

Open is good for air movement when you have gas engines. If it closed you need to think about that as well as exhaust. Personally Idon't like trailers, period. If the owner isn't driving can an employee handle the trailer? They can be hell on a dead end street!

I have a 7x12 dual axle. I only use it for big jobs but it’s invaluable when I do.

This is my next buy.
side AND rear rollups
I like that but the side door and back door is king when it comes to ventilation and air movement!
