It looks like a SH mix for siding could be around .7% to as high as 1.5% will be suitable for most of the mobile home work I am after. If I understand correctly, for my batch tank, I could use a 10% bleach at a 8:1 ratio. A good sized mobile home might have around 1200 sq ft of exterior siding. It seems to me it won't take any more than 10 gal of mix to shoot a typical double wide MH based on some of the videos I've watched. This is pure speculation on my part. So, some advice on some real world figures of how much mix is normally applied to vinyl and aluminum siding would be helpful. How much will temperature and humidity effect dwell times? I am thinking higher temps will accelerate or multiply bleach action.

10 gallons of mix would be Down Streaming with a power washer. More like about 5 to 7 gallons with a D/S You should look into getting a Power Washer Craig's list is loaded with them in your area

Thanks Art, I am enjoying this project. I am not looking to work until after our 100+ weather cools down, and that may be several more months. I don't believe a lot of our snowbirds will show up this year. I'm afraid lots of guys down here in Florida will be selling their water blasting equipment alright. My temporary spray gun is doomed to die sooner than later, but here is a picture, another mix and match assembly using some brass parts.

Chuck you are using air Fittings, all fittings are not created equal. You need Power Washing fittings
You need to call Lisa at the Power Wash store. She will help you get started. Keep it simple don't buy into the hype.

I noticed my fittings didn't look right when I started looking into nozzles, and of course the hardware I have is not what I need. I did have a chat with Lisa at Power Wash Store. She was very patient with me and helped steer me to some nozzles other folks are using. I got the right fittings coming now. Also ordered a 4x J rod. Nozzles: 0030, 0040, 2530, and a 2540 plus the matching quick lock connector.

It's better to have two J rods. One 0030, 1530, 2530, 4030 and 0040, 1540, 2540, 4040. It's much easier to remember this set up because all have the same orifice and the same order.

How the hell do you remember all that!

It's real easy. If the J rod is set up from zero to 40 and all are set up the same way, as you move up or down you will always move up to a wider fan of down to a lower one. No matter who is using them, they are the same for any crew. It's really easy and no different than counting forward or backwards.

I ended up putting my 00 nozzles on each end, and the fan tips in the middle. I'm really pleased with the performance of my basic rig so far. I wish I had paid a bit more for some decent hose reels. I just might sell these now while they are new and get some decent reels. I noticed that there is a good reel for under $100 in one of the older threads here.

Great point Art. I remember that as I was reading the post, I actually looked at the reel on amazon. Here is a link for the 200' capacity metal reel that was mentioned:
