Materials and Tools Needed:
Downstream injector kit
Pressure washer
Chemicals or detergents
Installation Steps:
Safety Precautions: Ensure the pressure washer is off and disconnected.
Locate Injector Inlet: Find the threaded port near the pump or downstream.
Prepare Injector: Assemble the kit components.
Thread Injector Inlet: Use Teflon tape (if needed) and attach the injector clockwise.
Connect Hoses: High-pressure hose to "OUT," chemical hose to "IN."
Adjust Injector: Set the chemical-to-water ratio.
Test the System: Turn on the washer, check for leaks, and confirm chemical flow.
Add Chemicals: Fill the chemical reservoir.
Use the Pressure Washer: Begin cleaning with chemical injection.
Cleanup: After use, flush the system with clean water.
