I only buy what's needed from the vendors. I shop Ebay, Amazon and Granger first. I like Granger and Amazon because I can save on Shipping. We have a new vendor opening up here on LI and I'm hoping to save some. We will see.

I hear ya' Art. I really only buy from PW specific vendors if I can't find the item anywhere else... I also use Amazon for many of my consumables,..12v pumps, soap etc, etc...I have a local guy I buy some stuff from also,..

Power Washing and Pressure Cleaning - National Softwash Alliance
One thing I did find waaaay cheaper than I had been buying it was our main product SH....I was paying $427 for 53 gallon barrel at Univar....Found it at a farm supply in 55 for $251.....Huge savings right there!! And like I mentioned before,...I still cut it in half and get two barrels for the price of one....And it doesn't affect my cleaning at all....And saves on components that routine;y come ion contact with straight SH..

Wish I could find it cheaper here on LI Paying $4.25 and it may go up. If I buy 500 gallons it would be cheaper

Have to be lean and try and make stuff last longer. I'm overdue for a new surface cleaner but I'm milking every last bit out of this one. I started shutting down the compressor when doing lots of pavers. No reason to run for hours when not using it.

No doubt Erik, I'm always looking for ways to save,...without sacrifice,.... Even look at Honda GX630 engines,...just a few years ago they were $1300,... Now they're around $1800......Glad I have three of them.
Compressors went way up as well.... I was gonna replace my compressor this year,..nah,..Mine's fine,..Ha, Ha,. Just needed painted My Ingersoll-Rand was $700 when I bought it now they're $1300
