This hose barb fitting has a full 1/2" bore. The OD of the barb is .625" and typical silicone or vinyl tubing will press right over it. Every other 1/2" barb fitting I was able to find only had a .375 to .400 ID resulting at a restriction at your hose connection (including our standard 1/2" hose barb). This...

It looks like we will start working on the new/used truck some time next week. I'm going to set this up with products from Midwest. The pump is stainless steel and polypropylene with a pressure switch. The mixing valve has a second soap port and is just $100.00 more than what the parts cost to build one. I...

I find a lot of times if I treat heavy moss esp. in colder weather and even if I smoke it with straight 12% it will die but not come off for a while. Many customers are not happy so I have to brush it off and even reapply. Sometimes can upcharge afterwards, but how much more do (if) you up charge up front for he...

My experience w Titan hose reels. The back ordered one finally came in. It seems titan cant keep up with the demand. The titan hose reels were prob the best choice for me. I like that they are all aluminum. I like the way they stack compared to the others. BUT there is A LOT of room for improvement in desig...

I responded in another thread to this,...but,....figured I'd start it's own. Any chance of getting the banned words thing removed. Kinda sucks when you try to write something and it comes out making you look like an illiterate, stupid buffoon. I can do that on my own,..I don't need the program to h...

I was just searching around the net and found this hose. If this is a good as face value would suggest seems like an exceptional deal,..looks like it has a smooth cover and says non-marking. Even free shipping. I don't know if this is the same Pressure-Pro as the PW's? Either way,..I'd probably buy it...

Not happy at all w how the hose is sitting. I used a street 45 and then the bushing. I haven't tried it but it look like i would be better off just putting the bushing directly onto the 90 on the Proportioner Also what is the best way to connect 2 separate lengths of PW hose on the hose reel?

Are you guys using a strainer at the end of your pickup tube for the soap tank? Does it restrict flow?

WARNING, WARNING!!! Don’t be an idiot like me. (backstory too long) but suffice it to say if you or your crew use any pressure washers for your business, we rinse with them usually with a soft wash 3-banger attached to the pw gun but every now and then we put in a white 40 degree pw tip. As we tire of dealing w...

I mentioned before about lichen not returning to the scene once it has been killed off from the initial cleaning. Well,..I seen more jobs this past season that I was previously at 4-5 years ago I guess,..and the lichen is not returning,..the moss does return,..but still wondering why the lichen doe...

What a difference rinsing out 12v pump make. Anyone using any type of spot sprayer that runs off 12V should be rinsing after each time you spray. Not that big a deal to do this,..sounds like a PITA,..but considering spot sprayers are used 2-3 times per job,..not that big a deal. I use my spot sprayers f...

I cleaned a very old Church this past season,...and it has a lot of very moldy headstones. They asked me if I was interested in doing the headstones and I said,..maybe? I have done a few over the years upon the request of a family. They turn out great and are much more readable when I'm done. So, I did a...

Too bad that this site has become a skeleton of what it once was,.. Jeff

I started out the season last year using Pinalen on Arts recommendation and a few others who aid they liked it. I used the Lavender,..I was buying the 172 oz. bottles from Home Depot and having them shipped free. I originally bought 10 bottles to get past the $45.00 free shipping minimum,...I wanted...

I started the season wearing these pants,..and thought right away,..they are too light too hold up,....I was wrong,..these things are surprisingly tough,..have yet to tear anywhere other than at the very bottom on the leg where they get abused by by very strong bleach mixtures for flat work like fl...

I found this Pin at the Tractor supply. Makes for easy pump removal. No more bolts to deal with .

I have been selling roofs (roof estimator) and replacing them through Homeowner Insurance for the last three years. I recently bought a brand new Kings Spayed KS50P70 Skid Rig. It's 50 gallon, 10 gpm, and I am using this to grind my to the entire trailer rig with a 300 and a 150 gallon tanks. Some advic...
