Very good thread guys... Currently we use bags and after the job we flush the gutters out with gutter canes; that is if the gutters don't have the annoying leaf guards. However the roof is still left with the residual salt if not rinsed. Starting this year, I am revising our standard operating procedure to install tubing where needed. We will instruct the HO to remove after the first good rain.

Glad ya'll brought this thread back up! I just landed a job that has beautifully manicured shrubbery and sod surrounding gutters on every corner of the house.....The home owner, happens to be my In-Laws neighbor, is really concerned about burning/killing happening..... Gonna order 1000'ft of the poly and divert ...
