I get friends, family, and customers calling all the time telling me someone new is canvasing their neighborhood for roof cleaning with post cards or door hangers (it's funny, my customers don't like others infringing on my "customer proclaimed" territory, they take this serious). I stopped keeping track because they come and go, but I'm probably pretty accurate with a guess of about 20 calls like this last season. I'm just glad I got in and established myself early on!

Its the same where I am at, I always thought I only had a few comps. Now I know that I have about 20 roof cleaners in about a 30 minute drive. lol

On your facebook page I saw that you did work for Courtyard by Marriot. Is that the one on Airport Rd? Was John Melvin your cotact there? I used to fish with him years ago.
