One of the worst we ever did was so foul, I cannot post it at all.

The really painful part was her own brother did it to her home! He tagged the front of the house, both sides of the porch, the north side of the house, the front concrete sidewalk and steps, the garage doors and for real spite he wrote all the way down the side of her husband's car he was a "donkey". He had to drive that car on the freeway in and out of Pittsburgh until it got repainted...

Not so nice a guy. Local thug.

Despite the fact we virtually eliminated the complete tags, the homeowner had to have the front siding and the garage doors replaced because she still could see the 'ghosting' of the tag. The insurance company understood and allowed it.

This experience taught me some paints are almost impossible to remove from the deep pores of porous materials if it has been on the surface for a longer period of time. This poor lady only found us after time had gone by, so it was really embedded.

Under promise and over deliver on complete removal. Test and show the outcome so the customer knows what to expect.
