Hank I hope you wont take this the wrong way, but the video is all about power washing (imho) and in most of the photos its hard to see whats being cleaned. To be honest it looks to me that the photos were just put together. I also think that it does not reflect the "soft wash" service you are offering.

No worries here Mike. You're absolutely correct. Most homeowners here are still using the term power/pressure washing no matter how many times I might use the term non-pressure or soft washing in a face to face discussion. Also, this was put together by my website builder without much input from us. This coming winter and spring we are putting more videos together, which will actually reflect the term of soft washing and the benefits of it.
