Southern California has the Air Quality Management District and literally if your service smells too bad to someone the "Smell Police" come and try to shut you down. Love California!

Apple Valley, MN. outside of St. Paul doesn't allow any type of run off into their storm drains. I had a couple cedar quote requests but because they had no gutters I had to pass on the cleaning them. With cedar rinsing is very important so there is a lot of run off. Though the run off is harmless, I spoke to the town and it made no difference to them. For roofs with gutters this is what we use to direct the run off where we want it to go.

Good info Bruce. Those cops read the law to him and it said they couldn't wash it on public property. They where going to cite him illegally and lose.
