Ray,

You certainly have the portfolio to make several videos. Due to my memory going south(old age) I can't remember where I read it...but it said videos should be no longer than 90 seconds or you might loose the attention of the YouTube viewer. I have followed that in the videos I've produced.

Having said this are these "commercial market" videos for YouTube or for distribution to facilities managers as part of a presentation?

I feel bad critiquing any of your work so please forgive me.

Ray video was good. Even without music or narration I never got lost or side tracked. What program are you using? Hand is right when it comes to videos they need to be short so homeowners don't get lost, but your commercial market is different and you did a great job of showcasing many different jobs. Property managers want to see everything you do because they want to high a diversified company that can handle all there needs. I wouldn't change a thing.

Ray I agree with everyone. Short is better. You could build your video with the 'explanation pages' as a running tagline under the photos so they will add explanation on what you do without adding to the length of the video.

I am no expert, but we all are getting used to running tags under video so it does not have to distract from your message.

I also like to add a commentary line in the videos at times when it can be used to explain a concept or point out a benefit to the potential clients watching the video.

It also makes a nice flow as the music you choose can change at the same time your market segment changes.

I am still feeling my way thru this, and really want to get better at videos. Yours are very helpful in how to arrange a video.
