We have plenty of Homeowner Associations up here that prohibit commercial(tags or equipment) vehicles on the property. When I lived in Bushkill that was the issue after a new board president was elected. It was always on the books but he enforced it. Good for the community bad for me. Now that I live in town I don't have that issue anymore.

With your business growing annually you might consider a small or large shop. Although down there the rental price is so high it will give you a nose bleed.

 The county drives through each neighborhood, looking for violations. They kinda left me alone, then I got a notice about the truck. Cant be parked in front of the home. I made real good friends with everyone in the office! They told me that someone turned me in! Then pretty much left me alone. But I'm going to pllay it safe and stick with the magnets. I check up on a shop, It was a nose bleed!
