I know Its getting late in the season for a jacket discussion, and my northern friends laugh at what big wussies we are when the temps get below 50, but I recently found these and bough a set for the crews (and me!). They are waterproof, machine washable, fleece lined and so far not affected by SH. They are also reflective at night. 

 

I was looking at my guys on a job in February and realized the only thing making us look unprofessional was the assortment of jackets that everybody was wearing. Nothing matched and everything had varying stages of bleach damage. Solved that problem. 

 

Purchased from United Rentals.  List price is $65, but I bought 6 and got price down to 40 each, i'm sure it also helps that i'm a $20k per year rental  customer with them.
