Brian a Lowcountry boil is so easy to do, and great for feeding a crowd. You can cook it outside and as the pictures show, serve it on newspaper for easy cleanup. Bring a couple of gallons of water to a boil, season with old Bay, toss in potatoes corn and sausage, boil for 20 minutes, then drop in shrimp. Cook an extra five minutes, then drain and serve. This particular one had mussels and crawfish and two different kinds of sausage... It was for mom, so I went fancy!

Ray how big of a pot did you use.

I usually use a turkey fryer, which are about six or 7 gallons. For this one which was unusually large for the crowd we were feeding I used my dads 25 gallon Stock pot.
