Here is a short time lapse video of a concrete tile roof cleaned by Spray Wash Exterior Cleaning in Tallahassee, Florida. This roof was totally cleaned from a ladder, and our softwash system eliminated the need for walking the delicate Concrete tile roof and causing any damage.

I looked at a store front last year that had a concrete tile roof. It was covered with fungi with green and tan colors. I did a small soft wash test and the stuff did not come off like it usually does on asphalt shingles. The concrete tiles seemed rough and porous. I figured a power washer would do the trick but wasn't interested in do that.

Dave, you got to go nuclear with the sauce on concrete tile. It's very porous and really soaks up the cleaning agents. We also always require customer to give us at least two good heavy rains, then will come out and retreat if needed.
