What is the best response when property owner asks ? What chems do I use. I always say -we use a proprietary blend of surfactants, fungicide treatments and cleaners that safely remove the mold, bacteria infestation from the surface.

I always start with the "proprietary blend" business , then when their eyes glaze over I tell them in lay mans terms, it's bleach and soap... However it's not JUST bleach and soap... But that's the easiest way to describe it.
