So joking about Hank, One of the easiest going guys on here.

I've also had the opportunity to send him a referral and he treated my customers like a true professional! He Even followed up with me to tell me results of their cleaning. And the customers were so impressed their son called me to thank me for a referral to a quality contractor.

I wish everyone was as professional as Hank!
