Hey Art, I may be mistaken,..but I think Clorox 2 and any other color safe bleach uses Hydrogen Peroxide (Liquid) or Sodium Percarbonate (Powder),.. as it's active ingredient.   Both are essentially the same thing.

If an awning is very moldy I can't imagine this stuff working as well as Sodium Hypochlorite and soap.

It would be ok as a maintenance cleaning detergent,..as Sodium Hypochlorite will damage fabrics over extended use.

Not sure about Hydrogen Peroxide liquid,..but Sodium Percarbonate powder mixed with bleach will make a volcano of soap bubbles.
