Just made a starter softwash in a box

Aloha! Happy Turkey Day everyone! Just made a simple pump in box with 200ft 1/2 ag hose weather proof in off switch on the outside of the box. Any suggestions of what else I can do? It does not swen like it shoots 35 ft thought but today is really windy out here today. trades are like 15-20 mph

Looks good Chris, drill some hole in the bottom in case water gets in there, maybe some vent holes too. I'm working on a build myself, It's going to be the Worlds lightest skid.

Hank makes a good point. To expand on that build I would loop that exit hose with slack and clamp it to the side. If you accidentally pull to tight you can Crack the connection and cause SH to leak into the box and mix with the battery acid creating a very dangerous situation. (Acid +base=bad bad situ!) Also put that battery in a water proof box.

 

Also have that fan blowing in, not suckling out. Suckling out may pull corrosive fumes thru the motor corroding the fan and killing it.

Here's a pump I made about 3 years ago. I use it as a transfer pump and Back up. If you use Brass street elbows you will have less restriction then the PVC elbows.
