What is a "soft wash" and how does it compare to a pressure wash?

Cajun Soft Wash specializes in roof and exterior cleaning through soft washing and pressure washing however only about 5% of our cleaning is done using a pressure washer here in the Greater Baton Rouge and surrounding areas.

The main reason is that roof and exterior cleaning by the "soft wash" method is just more effective and less damaging than pressure washing.

A soft wash is chemical cleaning designed to kill the mildew, fungus, algae and other contaminates growing on the exterior of your home here in Southern Louisiana.

Pressure washing on the other hand uses brute force in an attempt to remove the mildew, fungus and algae, or what some people call mold or roof mold.

The problem with pressure washing is simply that you need to get this brute force extremely close to the surface being cleaned which can cause immediate and irreversible damage!

Soft washing will seep into the root and kill the algae, mildew, fungus and other contaminates at the root........which can also last up to four times as long.
