The quick run is over and I'm back. Right now no snow or ice on the roof. Now she has to decide. They are trying to close(selling) the deal on this lake front home and the buyer wants the black algae, moss and lichen sprayed. A single level roof (2200 actual square foot) and it's brown on brown/tan, which I my favorite shingle colors.

Just did a estimate yesterday for a slate roof. It was just under 6 thousand sq ft. It will be a nice job.
