Has anyone use LinkedIn Premium? We just signed up for the free trial but, I wanted to see if anyone had any feedback. The lowest price is $59.95 a month so, if you land just one job, its well worth the $595 a year.

I have used LinkedIn for years, In the winter months I try to meet with at least 6 people a month from my LinkedIn connections. I have always had great success with it.
Absolutely. Although we only recently(Nov 14') started using Linkedin we have secured a good amount of work for the spring. We send an invitation explaining our abilities to help others. Once accepted we send them a follow up "Thank You" note with additional information. We designed our approach to interact with realtors, property management firms, HOA managers, commercial property owners, facilities managers and local businesses. Less than 3.75% are in our industry by design. I have 900 connections after only sending 976 invites. I have found some don't check their emails frequently and I'll get accepted a week or two later.

I have used Linkedin for over three years now. I work it but not as well as Hank. I have over 500 connections (not sure what the real number is). I have written three articles one has been read by 25, 3 likes, 2nd read by 92, 5 likes and 4 comments, 3rd read by 274, 2 likes and one comment.
I have only gotten one job that I know of from Linkedin. I'm sure if I worked it like Hank it work better without spending money. If you think about all of these advertising programs that will only cost so much a month... that's a bunch of money when added up and most do not work. I have found that Google Ad Words and ValPak do a great job. The I joined the Blue Ridge Apartment Council which is under the Virginia Apartment Management Association. I find working the property managers and others associated is a much better return for my money.
