Gift cards, coupons and half off specials will bring more work than just low prices.(at least in my area) I have a good friend that manages a major retail store in the area. He was telling me that one of his competitors sells the exact same picture frame that he does. The competitor lists the frame at $40.00, but they sell all their frames at 50% off so the final price is $20.00. The retailer that my friend manages sells the same frame for 15.99 everyday, but because it is 50% off at the other store, they sell hundreds and hundreds more of the frame.

I will be giving cards out to the realtors/Insurance adjusters/Home Inspectors that I work with so they can hand them to their clients. I also have a few choice spots that I leave some at.
