The roof on this home located on Del Sol Road in Smithfield Township was completely infested with black algae and lichen. The homeowner contacted us (www.poconoroofclean.com) after seeing one our trucks on Route 209 in East Stroudsburg, PA 18302. We (Pocono Non-Pressure Roof & Exterior Cleaning) met with the homeowners and advised them of the benefits of a clean roof. 

Using our non-pressure roof cleaning system we were able to provide instant curb appeal, increase the value of the home, extend the the life of the shingles, cut cooling costs and eliminate any health concerns the customer might have had.

Since our inception we have serviced thousands of residential and commercial properties throughout the Poconos, the Slate Belt region and the greater Scranton/Wilkes Barre area.

Our services are not limited to just roof cleaning. Our staff are trained to perform exterior soft washing, hard surface pressure washing, deck restoration, graffiti removal and contract gutter clean outs.
