Hard Water Stains on driveway

Aloha, we cleaned this driveway and sidewalk today and shot oxi to brighten and remove the hard water stains. I then tried F9 and still can't get it all out. Kinda of frustrating concrete sometimes any advice would be great guys.

That should come out with F9. Doesn't look that bad. I've found F9 to be stubborn sometimes. Craig outlines a specific way to use the product on his site. Double check to make sure you didn't overlook a step.
