White residue from ac unit

Alright guys I know one of you has solved this issue. Second time ive been asked to clean the white residue that gathers on the roof in the area where the condensation for the central AC drips onto the roof.

 

What is it? and What removes it? Calcium?

Typically just a mineral deposit from the condensate. I have used F9 with success

I think Pat used to use Oxyclean on that kind of stuff. Or One Restore you can Get in Islip Terrace at the mason supply
