I bought a Cox Electric hose reel. I need to put a starter switch on it. I see they sell one for $125 with a Solenoid on it. Do I need that or will a On Off switch work the same. Any of you guys got a pic of how this works.

Well I found this on wiring a hose reel. This must be a million dollar question, nobody knows nothing

The motors on the left side Doug. I think I have it figured out. I ordered a Solenoid for a Meyers snow plow. I should have it in a few days. I will get some pics when I get it.
