This customer wanted to brighten up the front of her densely shaded home in preparation for a upcoming sale. She called our office at Pocono Non-Pressure Roof & Exterior to discuss options. Our lead manager visited the home in Snydersville, PA and walked the property explaining the removal of black algae, moss and lichen would be a great start to improve the looks of the property. In addition to the roof cleaning she elected to have us soft wash the exterior vinyl siding, the two rear deck areas and pressure wash the concrete front porch and walkway. The customer was extremely pleased with the results.
