I LOVE cleaning DRYVIT (softwashing), except for the mud dauber wasp nests but a building like that they probably won't care if they don't all come off. Somebody posted a YouTube video using just a product sprayed on, dwell brush, rinse

Pat,

Thanks. Here is another job we are working on. I cold called this guy as I was driving by his bar and grill in Mount Bethel PA. His local painter and barfly told him it couldn't be cleaned. After my assurances that the wall could be cleaned he agreed to pay us to just clean this one wall and the bump out on the back. Now that wall is done he wants us to do the entire building, which will include rust removal. The barfly is no longer holding court there.
