I see those same txt getting posted in a bunch of tree groups I'm in. It's mostly they want you to charge them X amount of $ and then give them cash back also.

There are too many scams to count and yes....this is one of them. I get these texts several times a year. Just had another a few days ago and I just responded with "go away scammer".

We get those all the time too. I like to tell them if they respond back to me the authorities will be knocking at their door before they push the send button again. In a nice way of course lol

I get them as well but they usually say they are hearing impaired so they need to communicate by text.
