I needed new shirts so I gave them a try. Their designer worked awesome and I was able to design some nice shirts. When they arrived they looked great but were super thin trash. You could see right through them.

I contacted Stephen at Galloree who said there were no refunds. I made sure he knew that he was conducting false advertising by showing a sublimated shirt that was of much higher quality than what he was actually printing on. I also made sure he knew this was not over. I don't like getting ripped off. 

He reluctantly agreed to take the shirts back and issue a refund.

I even sent him an email stating I would buy shirts from him if they were of higher quality. I'd even pay a little more....He did not respond.

I sent the shirts back but he did not issue the refund. I kept calling and emailed him but no response. I filed a claim with PayPal and still nothing from him. I finally emailed him again, before escalating the claim at Paypal, and he did refund my money.

Point being that he is dishonest, totally unprofessional and in no way deserves our money.....Stay away from Galloree.com

 LOL.......I really found it amazing that at first, I tried to salvage the deal for him. I let him know I just wanted a quality shirt and was willing to pay more. He never even considered it which meant the entire deal was at a loss. His lack of professionalism and willingness to do what he said cost him a potential customer for life.

I do try to buy stuff local but there is a tipping point.
