This is the inside of a Check valve for a mixing Proportioner that I built last winter. It's a zero restriction check valve with EDM rubber seals. I put about 2500 gallons of straight S/H threw it. As you can see there is nothing wrong with this valve after a full season of use. I got it from US Platics

The Banjo valves that I used didn't hold up as good. I'm changing them out this week to something else. I wish they made these valves in 1/2", but they don't

These are the parts I used Art. I will bring the built unit with me next weekend.

I had that black check valve on my soap. Make sure you tighten it in the middle. They come apart so they can be rebuilt. I had a air leak that I couldn't track down. When I took my manifold off the other day it all came apart. I found my leak. It never worked correctly with the check valves that I used anyway.

I moved this thread to the Back Room. I don't want to step on anybodys products, But we have been building our own stuff for years and there's no reason us to stop now. Heres some pictures of the manifold that I have been using since last year. The check valves have been working mint. With this setup I don't turn the water on full because I find the pump stalls. What I also like about this is I can adjust the flow so the Fat Boy cycles less.

Got the manifold installed on my skid. The valves are set at 60 x 40 mix. This is the way I have been using it all year and works fine. I went with the cheaper discontinued GIP  valves from Ebay. I will see how they work and change them out later if I need to.

I haven't tested it with Air or a Boaster pump, But I bet it will work better then anything out there. It has Zero Restrictions. Just straight flow all the way to the pump.

JUST KIDDING Art
It's always best to build your own.
Especially during the winter.

The only thing I don't like is your pulling up. It you pull down, the pump is always primed

Good point Art. Less chance of stalling, pressure drops creating ratio fluctuations I'd guess.

Been working on my Manifold for my 10 GPM Booster pump that I will be ordering soon. Went with Schedule 80 and liking it. Makes for nice tight seams and its thicker, stronger and cheaper then the Bango fittings. Its going to work out good when its finished

Middle is 1/2"for soap. I use the 3/4" for S/H and water because the check valve that I use is 3/4". Everything worked fine last season with my Fat Boy and the Booster is 10 GPM so it should work just as good if not better.

Where did you find the metering valves in 3/4"?

They are not metering valves. I bought $20 discontinued George Fisher valves on Ebay. I blind dial by eye. Once you get it figured out its easy. You can mark the side of the valves with a magic marker if you want

Another tip is to use 5/8" barbs on the 1/2" hose. Less restriction to the pump! As we learned over the years at the RCIA, never restrict your pump. It will burn it up quicker
