I have a client that has given us the opportunity to remove what someone tried to and failed. Any confident suggestions as what a good chemical to use would be?Thanks ....

Hit the stone with a roof mix then power rinse. May take more than 1 application.

Yep, hit it with a hot mix just be careful when rinsing around the motar joints with a PW don't wanna blow 'em out....boosters work well for this kind of work

It looks like the prior cleaning wasn't strong enough and didn't work long enough. Some people do not take into account the temperature both ambient and the surface. The temperature around the surface as well as the surface itself can be different depending on the sun at the time of cleaning. I would wet it first to cool it off as well as give the mix something to stick to.

+1, perfect Brett. Also, pre wetting this type of surface is important because it will help prevent streaks in the stone. Which will probably happen at this point.
