Setting up a van.

I have several options to use for a rig (single axle trailer, double axle trailer, pickup, van), but right now im leaning towards the van, and have a few questions about it.

What should be done to the floor?  Coated with a bedliner material?  Plywood or rubber mat on top of that, or would the liner be sufficient?

Should there be a sealed partition between the cab and the back?  Is that something i could make?

Would appreciate any feedback on how to accomplish setting it up, or on vans in general.

Thanks!

Jason,

Reach out to our member Brian Jackson as he has been using a van for several years now. A sealed partition is a must or you'll hate it. Also, check this facebook group for ideas. www.facebook.com/pressurewashingrigs/

Use the search button here for many of those questions and rigs others built. A lot have been answered there. Sealing the cab is a must! A coating on the floor and walls but do not add mat. It will never dry underneath.

Thanks guys, yeah i saw Brian's posts, and hope he will weigh in. Was curious if he built his partition himself, and how. Same with the liner.

Found a company that sells partitions, and they look great... but i bet they are a lot more expensive than doing it yourself.

Right now i think im planning on stacking two reels at the side door... but that's as far as i have gotten with the planning.
