Nice work,

I just give food outlets a brush with strong Caustic Soda (cheap as) before pressure washing.

Does body else do that, or better chemicals. Let me know.

We use caustic soda in extreme cases. I really don't like using it, due to safety concerns for both crew and public safety. But it is cheap.

If the grease was tracked out of the kitchen you could up-sell de-greasing the kitchen floor as well to avoid slip and fall issues.

We are actually scheduled to clean the interior floors of the entire business in a few months and possibly landed the hoods as well.

Like most chemicals used correctly, it is reasonably safe. Once it has done it's thing it is completely washed off and dissipates to nothing.
