Aw give admin some love. This is what we do.
I will throw this out there. The citrus boost from PWS is a chemical mask. It takes way too much product to acceptably mask the smell. I'm gonna try the lemon tomorrow. Hope it works better. On the surfactant front. I did a lot of math on all the regular roof soaps including shipping. I ended up sticking with dragon Grip from PWS. I've tried all the readily available soaps (Pinalen/flash etc) they work in pinch. If they did not smell so much like laundry detergent or fabric softener, I would be a bigger fan.

There's a lot of talk about SLO Mo but it's seems outrageously expensive. They say you use so little of the product that it is super cost effective. Unless they have discovered completely new chems that no one else has any idea about, that doesn't add up to me.

Any Slomo users please chime in. I'd be happy to be wrong.

I had a great experience. Got a hose and reel from there.

As far as chemical go.  I'm currently using Agent Green (but I need more scent cover), Red Raider, EBC on occasion. Both F9's.

up until the fall, I used 5 gallons of Snotmenade with a gallon of Terra Wash mixed in for house washing surfactant. I liked that a lot, but I couldn't use it on roofs due to the Terra Wash.

I think Lori was having some issues with the hurricane.  She couldn't get her products out.

It wasn't Lori it was some gal named Diane....horrible at sales.
I asked her if they had samples and if it was good for roof and house. She basically just said no because they cost too much and the product is already well known "sample cost money" was her words.

I responded back and said I was willing to pay and that I never asked for a free sample. I also again asked if it was good for the roof and house. She responded back with the sizes they sell (no prices) and still did not answer the question about it being good for the roof and house....so I just gave up.....:}

I think I will contact Lori though.

I exclusively use the Agent Clean line of chemicals now.
Secret Agent for sticking,
Agent Green (which I actually use for thinning down the Secret Agent, since in Florida I don't need a PH booster to make my SH more active)
Agent Blue is a good mild degreaser detergent.
Agent Halt is a bleach neutralized that is great for windows and a final shine on vinyl. Its the only Bleach Neutralizer our there that actually has a neutralizer in it!
and their Ground Force, which is an incredibly NASTY caustic dregreaser. Wear your PPE! It also comes in a Mix-Your-Own 55 gallon kit which really saves on shipping.

Ray do you add any scent masking to the Agent Green? I've been using it in my proportioner but it doesn't smell as strong as some other soaps, unless I crank the level more than I want to.

We use Gain for surfactant. The subject of surfactants often comes up. When I first started, I used Amonyx LO. Which worked fine. I later switched to Gain dish soap to save money and it works just as well.

Ray, I watched your video on Agent Halt. It seems no matter how careful we are at times will will experience the spots and streaks on windows you described. They can be tough to get out. I may give Agent Halt a try. Thanks for the tip!

Dave - the key to Agent Halt is to NOT over rinse it! It has a mild soap "marker" in it. rinse just until the market disappears. If you keep rinsing you're  just putting hard water spots back up on the windows.

I've given Agent Green a good test run, but am really missing my Snotmenade/TerraWash (5 parts snotmenade:1 part terra wash) combo for house washing. Love the Agent Green for roof cleaning though.

Since the shipping on these soaps is so crazy I use either Arm & Hammer or Gain. One of the local chemical suppliers made an additive for me called Gil-Foam that is SH compatible to it can be used in batch mixing as well. We just add a little to the soap tank and it sticks. I bought a 5 last summer and we still have 4 gals. left.
