I have a repeat customer we clean for on a regular basis. She lives in a well shaded area with a stream close by as well as a small community lake. She gets her home cleaned once a year and is wondering if we clean it in Sept/Oct will it get her through to the next cleaning at the same time of the year.

I'm thinking it will work since parts of the home get a good bit of algae after just nine months. Thoughts or ideas would be helpful.

Offer to paint with a mildewcide additive, that'll get her thru several years!

Big upsell. HeII, offer clear spraywax with additive if you want to splash n dash.
Thinks a few on the "old board"(aka RIPCIA) did that to roofs as an upsell.😆

We clean in spring and due to the shade, humidity, and stream I think this adds to the algae returning quickly.

As to splash and dash... that isn't happening! Funny what people will do for a few extra bucks! The house doesn't need a 10K paint job. She would rather clean it twice a year.
