Don't worry Eric you would not have wanted to deal with Long Island Expressway traffic. It took me a hour to get there from Queens and wait for it...three hours to get home. Pile up in the east bound lanes shut down the west lanes. Being a former New Yorker I'm used to it. Thank god for coffee, smokes and good loud rock and roll.

We had a nice afternoon meeting. Wish we could of had a few more guys there, but we are all spread out across the country. Pats on his one meal a day diet so he ordered everything on the menu with a diet soda. Hank won the grand prize, a bottle of Pinalen Max. Didn't get to see Erik's Escalade, He must be the high roller of the group!

What is the margin on holiday lighting installation? If a customer wanted to reach you how would they do so?

As for the margins for lighting, ill have to go find those #s but we've been doing $2K+ days. I definitely prefer roof cleaning but its getting too cold!

I'm no fan of it as sticking my arms in prickly, thorny bushes sux!

Customers reach us thru same means of roof cleaning. Advertising such as home advisor and networking groups, going to local universities etc.and selling.

 HeII, even Irigation companies are jumping in to fill the end of season gap.

Since customers purchase lights 1st yr and then we take down and store for them, following yrs they just pay for service to hang, they then are automatically repeat customers.

We are doing a major L.I. campus currently.

Just cant say which one.

I think those are the first pictures I've seen from the MAV! You do 2K+ daily putting up lights without a website? Home Adviser (the home of low ballers and tire kickers), networking and local universities? I don't understand why you can't mention the name of the campus.  Is it a special DHS training site?
