I am thinking about buying a gallon to try out... this could be a game changer. It does requires a long dwell time... so it still may not be worth it in the long run, Time is Money. I have never had a customer complain about the remaining artillery fungus... but it has always bothered me lol

Work infected area first, Wash house and come back to it. Do the first job free as a test run and go from there.

I will have to try it as well. I had a homeowner who did a bunch of research tell me, mouth wash and a brush is the only thing they found online that worked.

Heard that one too! Call Pat and ask for a sample. They have no problems giving out samples. Research what you want and ask for a sample

Hopefully I will get my sample this week. I actually have a house I can use it on after I told the customer that there was nothing I could do. The other debate is can it be an upsell and get what it is worth

You bring up a few things I've been thinking about Brian.

My guess is... it will also remove oxidation, the spores go about 20' in all directions. If it actually works, are we going to have to power wash/brush the entire side of the home? They will expect us to get it off the metal trim that is old and heavily oxidized. The color will come with a house wash solution and a soft brush. Just some things to think about and test as we move forward with this. I do know a few customers who would pay to have those "nasty black dots" removed.

Shore Best makes great products.

We never tested the Artillery fungus remover. The directions say it needs to stay on for 1 - 4 hours, keeping wet the entire time. No one is going to pay us the baby sit that. There is just no way to price a job so we just make sure the customer know there is little to nothing we can do.
