Aloha, Paradise Pressure Washing LLC was called out to clean this elastomeric roof today. Unfortunately there is some slight staining due to the neglect of maintaining this type of roof. Manufacture warranty suggests cleaning once a year and a recoating every 5 years if needed.

Very good before and after photo Chris! Wow that is a nice hookup, seems aggressive that it is suggested to clean once a year. I'm going to look up elastomeric roofs because I'm not familiar with this one
