You are fortunate to be able to use a hydrant. Down here I have to install a back flow preventer and something eles, then have them inspect it. My guess with labor and materials would have been $1000.

The Dryvit is turning out well on the school.

Thanks brother. The building and grounds supervisor, the principal and the board of education are all on board with the process and the results. We finished today. Here is an aerial view of the property. Promo post to follow.
