I know the cost of living is much more in NJ and the North East than here. From day one, I learned from many, and quite a few here to charge for what we do. My house wash in town is $225.00 and once we start moving out of town it's $250.00 and up. I see the numbers... payroll, workers comp, general liability, fuel and the list goes on. Why the hell do people want to work so hard for so little? Whoops! I don't like cheap beer!

I say... let's wait until the season ends and we do a well publicized NSWA round table event that Art won't go to because it will be too far and there are no slots! This place is the only place left were the answers to real questions are the answers needed from some people who have been around for a long time. Just my two cents...

Now things are really getting bad. Just lost a house and roof cleaning. 2000 sq st house. The winning bid was 375.00. I told the lady i cant touch that number. Then she told me its from the highest rated company in williamstown. I stopped her and said no we are the highest rated company in williamstown.

I just dont understand why guys work for beer money. Oh Well, on to the next one.

I bet Ron made him take the thread down. It had a UAMCC logo on it. One thing Ron has talked about all these years is you don't have to low ball to get a job. Jamie says his average ticket is $600, B ull Shit. People that see a $175 deal only want to spend $175 and if they call him back in 2 years they only want to spend $175.
