Nice one Bryan! Quick? Hmmm.... I've never had a slate roof go quick with all the prep , multiple coats and rinsing. That will be a sweet one for your portfolio!

Not doing the basketball court. I'm actually subcontracting for a roofing company on this one. They have a contract to roof an addition to this home (because 9000 sq. ft. is too small apparently!), and wanted the old roof clean before they installed new on the add.

I agree. It's always a risk. I'll get paid eventually since I have a contract, but the "you get paid when we get paid" line is always a problem.

Patrick G.....you are right. I called the office lady that's been super on top of everything up until we did the job. Asked about payment arrangements and all of the sudden she's clueless. "I'll have to talk to Tim when he comes in about that..." That was Wednesday. :(
