Over the past year I have been pretty quite and was hoping Dougie Do would just quietly go away. Well, that will never happen since he will continue to carry a grudge and spew his scorn whenever he feels it's the right place to get away with it. He has a serious problem with NSWA, few know the real reason, others only know what the Lonely (selfie) video expert tells them. It is my turn to set the record straight!

As to the exterior cleaning community, Dougie Do is not the most knowledgeable. Just two years ago he told the members here that he can clean concrete just as good soft washing, without a surface cleaner. He didn't want to get a pressure washer. Anyone who has been cleaning concrete with a surface cleaner for just a few months knows that there will not be the same outcome. The expert told us, no matter how many years we might have had cleaning, we were wrong.

With a little research it is easy to see how few years Dougie had in the industry when he was touting his expert status. For some unknown reason he wanted to be in charge, at the top but the pecking order was in his way. At that time, Ron was at the top, along with a few others at his side. Working his way around the maze of people... he finally thought he was all prepared to become VP of UAMCC. Then poof! In less than a week the UAMCC imploded, Dougie with big eyes, hopeful, wishful that he could put himself in place to be the president and save the UAMCC. Well, that didn't happen. Now it's time to suck up to others, as never before. To really be an expert and teach classes, even if some of the information is wrong. Some of us went to a class he was teaching ion Orlando and had to get up and leave because so much was wrong within the first 15 minutes.

Dougie wants to publicly put down NSWA for only one reason... he cannot follow rules! He was warned... he was suspended... he was warned... he was finally banned. BTW, this all spanned about two years and a lot of patience. The banning was a 4-0 vote. Anyone else who has been here has not been banned, maybe a short suspension but not banned. There is a history with Dougie... SWS... banned. UAMCC... banned, NSWA... banned as well as other questionable things. Someone asked those seeing a post putting down NSWA... what is the common denominator?

Thanks to one of our members who has been helped with the correct answers here at NSWA, he set the scorned Dougie straight. "NSWA which is completely different, just a bunch of guys sharing info with each other."

If someone is busy, they don't have time propping themselves up with posts and Lonely videos all day. Be careful who you decide to follow. Many years ago (30+) I was told by an insightful businessman to seek out those who are doing it right and have become successful, mimic what they are doing. If you dig deep enough you can find them and most are quiet, not telling the world they are experts.

 Brett if I remember correctly, he wanted us to charge for pre and post treatment of concrete and charge for just power washing the concrete. That's when I almost lost my you know what..

I feel Sorry for him, Lets let him back in.

A guy once told me at work " If you dress the part,act the part you become the part " I told him " Thank's, I'll just do the work " That's how I see doug, acting the part...... On the soft wash board I called him a liar.....him amd another " Moderator " didn't like that.......the truth hurts sometimes. Last thing, you know when you get those BS calls ...come over " Restricted " and they ask " How much does it cost "? I have found these calls to be 99% a waste of my time and answer " Anywhere from $200- $800....that usually ends the call. Well Doug has done a video on how to talk to these people and explain pricing over the phone...what a joke. When I told him these " Type" only care about the cheapest price he told me " Not in his area,they don't care about lowest price" LOL Every area but his they care!

I personally could NEVER get thru one of his videos, and I have tried. He is just as the previous post state "a know it all" Its unfortunate that other successful leaders in the industry have allowed him to ride their tails? I seen a FB post where he put this page down, what a joke. Why do people feel the need to call out specific groups due to their immature nature? When he was first suspended I was relieved, then he came back, I was like WTF, When I realized he was gone for good I felt as though this group became a better group! Great job Guys!

Who the hell is dougie do??? Never heard of him.

FWIW I belong to one of these fb pages and everytime I peak in(usually to look at some equipment for sale) I see nothing but absolute garbage coming from all diff people. I'm not surprised anything having to do w FB is pure crap and only seems to be getting worse.

I Just stay busy and keep pushing ahead. NSWA is the only place I try to make sure I check in from time to time and contribute whatever I can.
