Power Washing and Roof Cleaning Forum

This just proves my point... the world is getting dumber by the day. Common sense is just about nonexistent!

I just received this one yesterday.

Describe Services Needed:: 1) Power wash house (2-story w/ vinyl siding)

2) Power wash front patio/sidewalk
3) Power wash deck
4) Red clay stain removal from basement exterior
5) Exterior window cleaning

Looking for service availability either this week or early next week. (She wrote me back telling me they want to list their house within a few weeks)  
So what! Poor planning!

We sit around, waiting for the phone to ring so we can take off like it's a a structure fire! 
I honestly do not get the people who never once think there could be others waiting, but their "emergency" is important! 
Or... they might have a fleeting thought, it's 28 degrees outside so there is no way they can spray water".

 I keep saying you are nicer than me... I would have never done an area that big. Cheap and lazy! I hope Pat was impressed.

Normally I wouldn't do a demo that large but the roadway is a lot lower than the building and they wanted to and others see when they were driving by. The owners are new school for our area and are focused on curb appeal. later this morning I'll be in the area to shoot a photo.

The problem with this mind set is what would happen if they turned down the quote/work? I disagree with this.
