I've been toying with this all summer. I'm not spending big bucks. Just 10 bucks at a shot here and there. Some photos have words on them , some don't. I haven't got chit from this thing. How are you guys doing with this thing. Have you gotten any leads?
The summer lull hit and Leah started to worry. I told her it would go away and give us a little time to catch up. Once it ended someone opened the flood gates and the phone won't stop ringing. No complaints and I'm not sure exactly what is working but as long as it works, I'm not touching anything. We will nev...
Going to hard mount the PW to the truck Need pressure washer hose for 4200 psi and a hose reel to go with it. What kind of hose do you guys like? Flexibility and light weight? Do you buy 1 hose at 200ft or multiple smaller lengths.
With “Blow Your Mind’FOAM! While most of the pumps in the Soft-Wash industry are little more than converted fertilizer pumps the Fat Daddy soft-wash system is built from the ground-up to handle chlorine concentrations up to 13% and alkaline detergents up to a pH of 13.5.Yes, the Fat Daddy Sy...

Just as there are seasons of the year and chapters in a book, so it goes with life. After six years of operating Advantage Roof Cleaning Co., it's time for a new season and end this chapter. How is that for being poetic?...LOL. Back in 2011 I noticed an unmet need in my neighborhood, namely dirty roofs. On...
Us Northeast Guys are winding down for the season. I'm still busy, but the phone isn't ringing like it was. All this rain isn't helping my cause. I'm doing more Roof Cleaning then House wash's and my flippers are helping fill in. How are you guys doing?
Greetings! I'm going to share this email with the names removed. My customers is a research scientist involved in climatology/biology so he actually knows a lots more about the toxicology/lifecycle/and classifications of mildew than I do. LOL...turns out I know more about KILLING mildew than...
For starters, we got our first 2.5 star review with no comment. The worst prior is a few 4's. It bothered me because there was no comment, no phone call and they have a chimney sweep business. After no reply to my email I called. The redneck lady says, I didn't do that! I told her that there was no other perso...
I picked up 2 house flippers in the last year or so. Both are great guys to work with. The first one sends me a house a month. I give him a fair price and I get the job. He just mails me a check when I'm done. The second one I have been working for a week now. He gave me four jobs and pays me on the spot. These new bread...
We closed 7 Sub Forums down to Members Only. On-The-Side is still the same, Admin has to let a member in. The only Sub Forums that are open to the public are General Discussions and Promo Post area's. This is something we should have done a long time ago. There's no reason to give the house away like on Face...
The entire season has been rescheduling around rain. This week started with 4" of rain in about 24 hours. We might end up with a tropical storm by the end of the week. There is going to be some flooding since the ground is so saturated.
Guys, I'm shopping around for a soap box that is transparent so you can see the level. All I can find, is the one shown below. However, it costs about $100 between the price and shipping. Any recommendations?
I received and email showing me the app they made for me (I didn't ask). I have been thinking of some comments made while at the Huge Convention that my feeble brain has been in a battle with, Millennials! Some of the stuff really goes against the grain, others just a bit uncomfortable and a few I shake my h...
Have a Good Season Guys and don't forget to stop in a throw up a post once in the while. Let us know how things are going and post some of your work or what ever. Lets not let the board go 24 hrs. without a post. Good Luck guys and have a GREAT Season
After many warnings and a momentary ban, a member of NSWA was banned permanently! This was a unanimous vote of moderators and admin. The infraction was not completely in writing within the rules but one would think after the first warning, it would not continue. After the last violation, a new rule w...
This is the comp that we deal with in south Jersey. This dude has had multiple business names in the last 6 yrs. Also he thinks he some big wig on the uamcc. This is the guy who is hosting the event next month in Sj. Wtf...
For the past years we were using Erie for our workers comp. We had a total overhaul with our insurance this year and while doing that, I asked the agent if we can get two rates since we do more work from the ground while we had been paying the higher rate for ladder work. He worked it out for us so we added a new c...
Hi everybody. My name is Tyler Ebling and live in Lafayette, Louisiana. Im a guy of many hats, state home inspector, police officer, and now into soft washing. In the south I would say its fair to say a considerable amount of people have some signs of algae growth on their roof. After researching how to r...
I thought I would start an exterior cleaning business with this great pressure washer. After reading a few comments on Facebook I found out that it didn't take much time to become an expert. Now that I have so much experience I am going to start posting selfie videos so that all the newbies know I am and ex...
Just picked up this truck as a back up. 118,000 miles with new brakes all around, new ball joints, tires are ok and no rust. Paid $3500.00. I'm not proud of the color but I can make it work. It's a 1995 Chevy 1500 Extended Cab with 8' bed. Same truck as my green one.Han
Guys, I'm thinking of purchasing this pressure washer for about $1500. This image shows it with wheels but will likely purchase the skid version. Our typical pw jobs are walkways, patios and driveways. We don't do large commercial work - yet. This is the same size pw I use today along with the yellow "C...
