For starters, we got our first 2.5 star review with no comment. The worst prior is a few 4's. It bothered me because there was no comment, no phone call and they have a chimney sweep business. After no reply to my email I called. The redneck lady says, I didn't do that! I told her that there was no other person who could. She said she was happy with the work and it "could have been the grand kids since they play with my phone". WOW! We have sent her links to fix it but she doesn't sound like she can do much with her phone but answer it.

After I lost the larger third of the Bradford Pear in the front yard, cut it off the utility line and piled it in the driveway, I decided to find a tree company to take the rest down and get the down branches. I called one local company last night and no return call by noon. So... why not use Home Advisor? I filled out all the BS and selected three 4+ star companies. As of 7:15, not one has called or emailed. The first company sent me a text that Ray was coming by. That is all it said. I wrote back and asked who it was and he answered, Manning Brothers. I wanted to write back and say a phone call would have been nice but I just want the tree gone.

After this experience with the tree, I now see why people compliment us for the way we communicate!
