I’ve got a new guy, three weeks in, who I’m gonna have to let go if I can get him in closer to the house for rinsing. He’s standing 20 feet back and even though I’ve taken the the hose from him several times and showed him what I want him to do (protect plants!), he keeps hanging back and trying to spray from a di...
I've been noticing the last week or so that Google is shuffling the rankings. The top 4 or so isn't the top 4 anymore. A few of the strong sites are hanging on, but I have a feeling that may change. We will see.
New Technical Advisory Bulletin A smaller document and some different wording. "Do not power wash the shingles to clean the shingles. Some roof cleaning companies of fer this service. However, it is not recommended as it may dislodge granules, which can lead to premature shingle failure." Corro...

Home advisor has a roof cleaning company called, rise above roof cleaning. They are in just about every city in the US. All it is is Home Advisor. When you call the number you get home advisor. This is a classic bait and switch site. We all need to report this site to get it shut down. Go to: https://saf...
It seems the winter just won't go away for some of us. Yesterday we had a customer get mad because we had to cancel today and move him to Friday. He went as far making threats to leave bad reviews. Due to a change with the morning job Leah called and said she would send the crew to do it in the afternoon. He foun...

I sent a request to update the information and they sent me something I thought would be helpful to everyone. "For your information, the data shown for this business listing was provide...

Does anybody have a kill switch in their buffer tank when the water levels get dangerously low. I had that problem once last year were I ran out of water and ran my pump dry. The feeling I had almost killed me when I found out. I was definitely more observant of the water after that. I was thinking of instal...
How many of you adjust the pressure switch in your 12 volt pumps (to stop cycling)? Do you find it affects the life of the pump by changing it? I will never use an accumulator again and I will never switch to an air setup. I use 20 orifice tips to keep the flow low and want to get the best longevity out of the pum...
Just bought a 200 gl tanks and want to keep it as full as I can when filling it. When using a hudson valve you lose about 30 gls out of tank when installing it. Lid placement is not any better as the lid is cheap. Just looking for some ideas on at least putting in 180 before valve shuts it off.

I am so tired of messing with SH we now have 300 gal totes delivered. We built a platform so it's higher than the pump. In the picture, the red arrows are unions so we can easily remove the plumbing and replace the tank. Yellow is for fresh water to clean out the pump. This is what I got done today and will hope...
Just finished our 1st home show this weekend in Manchester NH. I looking forward to the next 2 we have scheduled. This show was great and I set my expectations very low so I wouldn't get my hopes up but I will definitely be doing this same show next year.
I wrote an article which was published recently in Concrete Decor magazine, one of the leading trade publications on decorative concrete and hardscaping. Although most of us successfully use power washing as part of our business, this article has specifically to do with modern high-end finishes...
I have researched the best way to add a pressure switch to the booster and found the solution. I called both companies to make sure this will work before I posted. The biggest two problems with adding a pressure switch are the pressure cut on/off pressures. Most switches are too low for our needs and the...
