Maybe try these safety glasses... unless you are already using something similar. They have a foam gasket that fills the gap between your face and the lens, and they are really comfortable.

Other than that, dont know. Long sleeve vented fishing shirt perhaps. Or just tell him to hose himself down every few minutes, lol.

It's hard to say Bryan. A full face mask but he will hate that soon. House wash mist has a wonderful taste and a minor sting if any. Getting it in his eye is like going in the gas chamber in boot camp, it teaches respect. Other than what Jason suggested how about this?

Had a new guy for a week . He tells me the bleach really bothers his face and he's giving me 2 weeks notice. Your guy won't change. He's scared of bleach. I would say you need need a new rinse monkey.

Kind of like being a doctor but cant stand the sight of blood....just not going to work. Cut your losses and move on. You will spend too much time trying to get him to work how you need him to and before you know it you will be lagging behind yourself. Also he will cost you when it gets really hot and he's not putting enough water on vegetation because he's standing too far back.

Probably should. I tend to be longsuffering with employees because I think too much like a mentor/coach...but this kind of thing stresses me out. I had a talk with him this morning and will give him this week to prove me wrong.

I was gonna suggest giving him a thick plastic bag and a zip tie for sealing around the neck.

Man that's awesome that they are helping... and they really are some great safety glasses.

I was also going to suggest one of those cheap rubber band face masks... if nothing else, just for a placebo effect, but maybe he is going to be ok now.

I'm glad to hear he is working out now Bryan. Ensuring employees do their job safely, responsibly and effectively all while trying to keep them happy can be stressful.
