What chemicals have been found effective in getting heavy road grit, soot and petroleum based grime? Organic stains are no problem, but the last time we tackled a two story full vinyl siding on the other end of town, it was a bear! So, we are all ears

We are quoting a 14 Unit complex with 4 individual units per building- 56 Total Units. I was considering pricing per unit versus per building, so each homeowner's cost is a small fraction of the total invoice amount. Any input on how to present this? What have you found is the best way to price this typ...
